The NEA has a structured grievance mechanism for reporting environmental violations and complaints from the public. All reports are investigated and followed up by our inspectorate officers.

How It Works

Submit your report

Use our online E-Form, send an email to info@nea.gm, or call our hotline to lodge a complaint.

Acknowledgement

Our team will acknowledge receipt of your report within 48 hours and assign a case officer.

Investigation

Inspectorate officers will visit the site, gather evidence, and assess the violation.

4

Resolution & follow-up

Enforcement actions are taken, violators are sanctioned, and complainants are notified of the outcome.
